From your file to a file that fits.

  1. Choose your HEIC or HEIF photos.
  2. Leave Under 1MB selected; add maximum dimensions if your upload form requires them.
  3. Check the resulting dimensions and download the JPGs individually or as a ZIP.

A tight 1MB limit may require lower quality or smaller dimensions, especially for detailed photos. The limit applies to each image, not the combined ZIP. Your originals are unchanged.

HEIC is decoded to a standard 8-bit image. HDR gain maps, depth data, and wide-color profiles are not preserved. For a file with several images, only the primary still image is exported.

A few useful answers

Is the result strictly below 1MB?

Yes, successful output is below 1,000,000 bytes. If the engine cannot meet the selected limit, it reports an error rather than offering an oversized result.

Should I choose 1MB or 2MB?

Use the limit required by your destination. When 2MB is allowed, the larger budget can retain more detail or larger dimensions.

Will it meet every upload rule?

The preset addresses format and file size. Check any required width, height, aspect ratio, or content rules separately.

What are the file limits?

Up to 20 files, 25MB each, 100MB combined, and 24 megapixels per image. Some devices may need smaller batches. If a photo is too large, export a smaller copy first.
