HEIC decoding

This site includes libheif 1.23.4 and libde265 1.1.3 under LGPL-3.0-or-later. The decoder is a separate replaceable module. The source bundle contains exact upstream sources, our browser-limit adapter, build scripts, and tests.

WebP export

Browsers without native WebP export use libwebp 1.6.0 locally. Its BSD-style license, WebM patent grant, authors, build instructions, and source bundle are available here.

Runtime and application components

Emscripten and its runtime components have their own notices: Emscripten, musl, libc++, libc++abi, compiler-rt, and libunwind.

Astro and fflate use the MIT license. Their notices and our application license are included with the application source. You may modify the application and replace the decoder in accordance with these licenses. Software licenses do not constitute a grant of every potential codec patent right.
