PicPropper application license — effective September 16, 2026

Copyright (c) 2026 the PicPropper operator. All rights reserved except as
expressly granted below or required by applicable law.

You may execute the application in your browser to use PicPropper's tools.
No general permission is granted to publish, sublicense, sell, or distribute
the original application code, design, or branding.

LGPL component replacement permission
You may copy and modify the compiled application materials as necessary to
recombine or relink the application with a modified version of its LGPL
libraries and execute the resulting combined work for your own use. You may
modify the library portions and reverse engineer the combined work to debug
those modifications. No provision of this license restricts those activities
or rights granted by the LGPL or other third-party licenses.

Third-party components, including libheif, libde265, libwebp, Astro, fflate,
and Emscripten runtime components, retain their respective licenses. Their
copyrights, license texts, and applicable source/build materials are provided
through the site's software notices. This license does not relicense them.

This notice applies to this release and does not purport to revoke rights
already granted for earlier copies under another license.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully
